you might think you aren’t “showing up” for you business. or that you aren’t being consistent- but its not true.

You are showing up. You are being consistent.

But just not in the ways that actually produce or create or move you forward.

I had a conversation this week with a client about “treating your business like a hobby” and I think it’s important to share this with you as well.

Because when we treat our business like a hobby.
We suffer.
It’s so punishing.

Maybe we aren’t consistently posting on social media.
But we are consistently thinking about posting, and beating ourselves up for not doing it.

We aren’t consistent in our actions.
But we are consistent in our mental guilt trips.

We don’t get the results we want.
and we turn our inner critic into a self-fulfilling prophet.

It’s the worst.
and I don’t want that for you.

You deserve better! In this inner circle episode, I share my strategy for treating your business like a business, without creating a toxic work environment for your employees (aka yourself ).

I talk about practical ways to create a “low-lift” content system, and how to define a personalized cadence of consistency.

If you’ve been showing up for your business when you feel motivated, but then ghosting it for weeks at a time, this is your sign to join the inner circle.
