Still Doubting Yourself in Business? You’re Missing These 3 Clarity Anchors

Six Figure Offers Simplified | Inner Positioning Part 3

Still stuck in your head wondering if you’re really cut out for this?

You know you’re meant to help people—but somehow you keep circling the same questions:

  • “Who am I to do this?”

  • “Do I know enough yet?”

  • “Why would people listen to me?”

So instead of posting, launching, or putting your offers out there, you find yourself…

Rewriting the same Instagram caption 17 times.
Outlining ideas that never leave your Google Doc.
Procrastinating the exact tasks that would actually move the needle—especially when they require you to be visible.

If that’s where you are right now, here’s what is really going on.
You don’t have the clarity you need to feel anchored in your mission. And when you’re not anchored, self-doubt runs the show.

But when you are anchored?
Showing up becomes non-negotiable.
Imposter syndrome doesn’t hold any weight.
You don’t have to “fake it til you make it”—you move from a deep inner conviction.

That’s what this post is here to help you find.

The Real Antidote to Imposter Syndrome (It’s Not Mindset Work)

Imposter syndrome is not just about fear or lack of self-efficacy.

It’s about a lack of clarity.
It’s what happens when you haven’t fully named who you help, the transformation you guide them through, and why you are the one to lead that work.

So what do most people do?

They either believe the voices of imposter syndrome and stay small.

OR they try to cover them up with “fake it til you make it” confidence strategies. That do nothing to address what’s really going on.

But here’s the truth:

You can’t just say empowering things if there’s nowhere for them to land.
Those mantras need a hook—an internal clarity point—to anchor into.

Without clarity, the affirmations feel empty.
Without clarity, all the “just go for it!” advice feels like superficial ra-ra hype.

The antidote to imposter syndrome isn’t just “believing in yourself”—it’s creating evidence for yourself.

Evidence that you are the one to do this work. And when you’re so rooted in that clarity, imposter syndrome becomes irrelevant.

You stop thinking about whether you’re qualified, ready, or enough—because you know the work isn’t even about you anymore.

It’s about the mission. This is where you move into selfless service. Like Audre Lord says…

“When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision,
it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.”
— Audre Lorde

It’s a level of clarity that leads to a deep inner conviction.

The 3 Clarity Anchors

If you’re going to build your business from inner conviction you need to get clear on these three things:

  1. Who you’re here to help

  2. The result you help them achieve

  3. Why you are the one to help them

I’ve gone deeper into the first two in previous posts—so if you haven’t already, start there:

📌 Who You’re Here to Help ⤵️

📌 The Result You Help Them Achieve ⤵️

This post is about the third one—the anchor that makes the others stick.

Because even if you do know your niche and your result, if you’re not clear on why you are uniquely positioned to lead this work, you’ll still hesitate.
You’ll still wonder if someone else could do it better.
You’ll still self-sabotage.

So let’s root you into that third anchor—your personal claim to the work you’re doing.

And that’s made of two pieces:

  • Your anecdotal authority (your lived experience)

  • Your genius (your natural strengths)
