This is probably the weirdest place I’ve ever recorded a podcast, but I had to get this out of me.
I’m currently at this beautiful desert lodge in Namibia, overlooking a breathtaking desert view while dipping in and out of this refreshing pool. It’s the definition of pa pinch me moment.
The past few nights, I’ve been journaling out here and having some massive realizations. One quote keeps coming to mind, from Elizabeth Gilbert:
“I’ve never seen any transformation begin without the person in question finally getting tired of their own bullshit.”
You may know this experience. Where the frustration starts off low level. It builds up and builds up. Until that moment where the pain of staying the same becomes way more unbearable than the pain of change.
This feels like one of those moments for me. Kind of like back in April, when I recorded that episode where I said I didn’t want to be a career coach anymore. It felt big and scary to say out loud — but also wildly obvious once I did.
And this feels like that.
What’s my frustration?
Lately, I’ve been so deeply frustrated by the slowness of others.
In everyday life with my friends: why is it taking forever to get out the door? Why does it take so long to make a plan or decide what to eat or to call an Uber?
And in my business — why are clients waiting to put themselves out there? Practicing something privately ad nauseam, then stalling before launching? Why are we all moving so slowly? Why are we filibustering around.
I can’t comprehend it because I move fast. Like on a different timeline level of fast. I move in dog years — I can undergo 7 years worth of transformation in the time most people go just one. I can accomplish 7 months of work in the time it takes people to do one.
I’m not saying that because I think I’m superior. It’s just my speed. I’m so fast it’s actually painful sometimes. Because no one else is moving at the speed I want to move- and I don’t know how to move differently.
I want to make bold moves. I want to do the damn thing. And while impatience can be a double-edged sword, it’s part of who I am — it’s a quality I can’t ignore.
Where’s the Mirror?
Anytime I feel something about someone else — especially frustration — I ask: where’s the mirror?
It’s a version of shadow work I integrate into my everyday life. Just because my frustration is manifesting externally- doesn’t mean it’s actually about other people.
Usually it’s something internal.
So I ask myself. Where is the mirror? What’s this really about?
What I’ve realized is I’m not frustrated that other people are going slow.
I’m frustrated that I am going slow- because I’m letting other people dictate my speed. I’ve created this belief that I can’t move faster than others. That I need other people to come with me. That I need them to move faster so I can go the pace I want to go.
But that’s not it.
The truth? I need to release the need for others to come with me.
Oof. That one hit. Because I love my people. My friends. My clients. My audience. I don’t want to lose anyone.
And yet… I can’t keep waiting.
I can’t keep holding myself back.
Spiritually Ambitious isn’t the whole story
Earlier this year, I rebranded into the “spiritually ambitious entrepreneur.” which is the name of this substack.
And in many ways that still feels true — it’s expansive and aligned.
And lately, something more specific has been calling me.
The 100K Healer.
This phrase and this mission is coming through with insane clarity. I can’t ignore it.
What I want is to help healers — the health coaches, therapists, breathwork facilitators, life coaches — hit their first six figures in business.
Why? Because too many of us have unconsciously surrendered to the idea that healing work isn’t inherently paid well. Healing work is a side hustle that doesn’t pay the bills. People don’t want to pay for mediation + breathwork, etc.
We charge $15 for a meditation class, but still work day jobs to pay the bills.
That’s not sustainable.
That’s not the impact you came here to make.
That conversation needs to uplevel.
This Is the Work
You already have the gift. The ability to guide, to hold space, to transform lives. What’s missing is not your talent. What’s missing is how you package, position, and share your brilliance.
You are already exceptionally qualified. You don’t need more certifications or degrees.
Of course you love learning and are committed to mastering your craft and continually upleveling your skills- because that is who you are. You love being a student.
AND you already know enough to help people.
There are moments you FEEL exactly how much your work is changing lives. And then there are moments where you go into self doubt around it.
What creates the self doubt is: you don’t know how to turn your gifts into a clear, compelling offer. One that people actually WANT to buy because it changes their lives.

This is the slow lane, and it’s sacred. Slow is not negative. Slow is necessary for certain seasons of your journey. Sometimes slow is where we are.
